Overall, and if you are looking at long-term reputation, Harvard, with Princeton a close second (it may be better at some times and in some subject matters, but Harvard is often the measuring stick against which other schools are judged). McGill, while a good school, does not fall into the same category.

My advice is to go to the school you think you'll be most comfortable at unless one of them offers a particular program/major that you want and the others don't. These are all excellent schools. And as long as you do well at any of them, you will have no problem getting a job in the future of getting into grad school with one caveat discussed below.

I went to Vassar College as an undergraduate and studied math. I took 3 years off and then attending Harvard Law School. The one caveat I mentioned above, is that people who went to Harvard undergrad had a harder time getting into Harvard Law since graduate schools generally like to accept applicants from diverse undergraduate schools. I loved Harvard Law but I don't think it would have been a great fit as an undergraduate school due to it's size. I would visit each, see if you can spend the night with a student and go to some classes. With these three schools, there is no way you can lose.

Depends what departments you're interested in. Liberal arts, I would say Harvard. Anything quantitative I'd say Princeton. McGill is more of a liberal arts school as well and it's tons cheaper for a comparable education.
