You need something that will grow in fluorescent light unless you have a window in your office. I always liked jade plants or philodendron or mother in laws tongues. They are hardy and don't take a lot of care.

Golden Pathos and Philodendrons grow just about anywhere. they are cheap and difficult to kill. The only downside is they will climb and before you know it their stems are 6 feet long and you're tacking them up all over. But if you keep them trimmed they will get nice and bushy, and you can put them in a hanger or on top of a file cabinet or something like that.

if you have zero natural light , just change out a couple of your florescents for a grow light or two..full spectrums...don't even have to be 'Grow Lights'......

lots and lots, trial and error may be in order for you, switch them out and see what works for you.
