What do you mean?

Your body changes constantly, so your breast size will be changing until they don't feel like changing anymore.

unless you get surgery your breasts are going to be different sizes your entire life, no breast are created equal or perfect...

When you start what?? Your period??
If so...it is usually due to water retention.
