Not again..:( I am sorry,hang in there. Sometimes things happen for the better. I talk to my mom,she is my friend too, and she has always supported me,and has been there for me when I am at my worse. She always understands me and gives me hope,when I don't think I have it. Somwehow she always knows. I get out of the house walk outside,or just leave get away from it all. Try to think about things,watch funny ,moives to cheer me up,but just knowing somebody is there,to talk to. If you need to talk to anyone,pls. I am here. I may not make everything better but I will listen. HUGS, you will be ok. I am sorry this is happening, it should not.

i usually go and watch a movie, preferably a funny one, but pretty much any movie i got makes me feel better, so i go for that.
