If mom is healthy, not in danger of losing the baby for any reason, get to it! You can make love until she loses her mucus plug (about to give birth). Baby will hardly feel a thing, and it's not harmful to anyone.

Absolutely. I actually worked with a woman who's baby didn't seem to want to make an appearance and her OB advised her to go home and have sex with her husband to "encourage" the baby to come on out. He was born the next morning!

Yes, unless the doctor advises otherwise or the woman is dealing with hormonal issues causing her to not want sex.

In a normal pregnancy, it is perfectly fine. If you or your partner feel like there is reason to believe it is unsafe, talk to your doctor.
