I doubt that actual numbers are known, and if they are, I do not know them.

I know many Italians live in the Netherlands, from the time they or their parents or grandparents came to work in the 1950s to 1970s.
Most of these people are integrated in the Dutch society, often married outside their own cultural group.
In my village the Spanish and Italian communities have mixed and at one time all the Italian boys had Spanish girlfriends.

The Italians in the Netherlands do have social clubs, meetings and so on, but they do not live in separate parts of town or in their own villages.

The easiest way to get into contact with one of the groups is contacting the Italian Embassy, as they (used to) co-ordinate the contacts with the groups and teachers for the Italian language schools in Saturday for the kids.

There are 18627 Italians in the Netherlands. (17 million inhabitans). I would say in the big four (Amsterdam,.Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht) there is a Italian community.
They are not housed in seperate communities.
