I bought a belt buckle on Ebay and when I recieved it, it was a different belt buckle than what I had ordered. He said to send it back and he would send the right one out when he got the wrong one back. What should I do? I mean why should I have to pay to have it shipped back to him. I already paid enough money to purchase it and have it shipped... This is my first Ebay transaction that has gone wrong. What am I suppose to do? Thanks.

Ask them to send the right one, and keep the one you have already received till you receive the right one!

Send it back. Request that your return postage cost be refunded. An honorable seller would do this anyway, if the mistake is theirs. Many sellers do not. If they don't reimburse you, you can always choose to leave either neutral or negative feedback, explaining why you are doing so.

tell ebay and give bad feedback for the belt and get your money back if they dont give your belt
