Does the hate crime part really matter? As long as they get the death penalty all is good. The state must also prove that the crime was racially motivated. Maybe it was just a bunch of sciopathic killers. Did the murderers say racial slurrs? If you want to be mad at someone dont take it out on blacks. Take it out on the murders and the prosecution if you think they are not charging the accused right. And SHUT THE HELL UP! You think that white people are oppressed? HA! And i still don't get why its a hate crime just because the people are of different races! WHY!? The STATE must prove that the crime was race motivated. If they dont prove that its on them! NOT blacks. And chances are the prosecution is WHITE! So what now? Personally i think they ought to get the death penalty. ALL of them. I'm black and i don't say niggger, honkey, cracker or anything like that. Don't sterotype all blacks. And another thing! Its not black peoples fault that the news didn't cover the story. They cover what they want when they want. There are many kids kidnapped every day why does the media only focus on a few like Elizabeth Smart, and Madeline Macan?

Doing puppet shows in new york through an apartment window. Oh and jay walking although I do see some importance and number one is parking in red zones I mean they use it for emergency purposes what people besides the police and ambulance can't have emergencies too? Oh and building without a permit you can get in trouble for that too and when a shopping cart that you had hits someones car you can be sued so unfair I mean especially if you tried to stop it.

I think smoking pot should not be a crime. It should have the same controls as alcohol. I think the same for prostitution. It should be regulated, taxed and health care provided. I would not use either one but I think way too much money are spent on stopping these things instead of regulating them.
