My horse is an arab x welsh and I've called him Ickleman. Reason behind this is that when he was a wild foal I'd sunbathe in the field for hours waiting for him to come to me and I'd say come on Little man, and it gradually got changed to Ickleman.
My best advice is a nick name that you use.
