Absolutely - dont get me started on this one - with the increase in use of electronic games stuff, more channels on our TVs, internet etc etc we are staying at home a lot more Now add this in with fast food and surprise surprise we are getting obese!!!!!!!!!

Spent three hours yesterday on the bike and came back super charged and refreshed - that's what life's all about not just sitting on our you know whats getting fatter and lazier by the second.

So short answer - yes!

Where is the fresh air? Look outside and see all the cars polluting the environment. But yes I would go outside and exercise but I am to lazy at the moment. I have to still comb my hair and get dressed.

No exercise, just lay out on a blanket and take a nap in the clean fresh air.

Nope. The Dr said I can't go outside until I see him on Tuesday. I've been having massive asthma attacks. I'm using steroids plus a preventer. They're not getting any better. I need to rest. I don't get much sleep. I'm not a big sleeping person. I can always think of other things to do.
I'm watching everyone else outside as I type this msg!!!

LOL good question, apparently the average typer, (depending how good they are) has their fingers travel 5 miles a day on a keyboard =S I read that on a website of useless facts but I don't know the adress so it may be unreliable but, yeah, I think I shoud go outside for some exercise but I live on a main road... (That's a bit dangerous)

I've spent most of the day outside doing exercise, had a really long walk in the park with our dog then came back and did a load of gardening, time for chilling now.

In my opinion we should try to go outside and get some fresh air, it's beneficial to our health. But you should also consider people who fear open spaces. If people want to go outside its entirely their choice but in essence it is good for us to go out and enjoy what nature has given us.
