I would have to say Lambrini or Frosty Jacks (a brand of white cider mostly drank by homeless people here in the UK) . Any sort of white cider over 7.5% served in a plastic bottle qualifies come to think of it!

also carlsberg special brew or tennants super-brew is just depressing to drink, you know if you find yourself drinking them then you've touched bottom! Not that I ever would.

what do you reckon?

I just go by the rule of thumb if its in a plastic bottle its not worth drinking. That seems to be all the nasty stuff. But the worst I can remember right now was some cheep vodka I think it was called Wolfenstein or something like that it tasted like rubbing alcohol

With the newer types of insulin these days, diabetic diets aren't necessarily as restrictive as they used to be. Read here https://tr.im/MHtYq
As with any medicine or diet change, you should discuss it with your doctor. Fruits, both fresh and dried, have a natural sugar in them that will raise blood sugar levels, so be careful about eating too much. Not sure about the nuts. Moderation is always the key. I've been diabetic for 18 years and just recently changed insulin types. I love it because it gives me more freedom in when and what I eat.

that would be moonshine from america. they make it from sugar and corn mash in pywood vats. the alcohol content varies from batch to batch. the closest thing i have tasted is similar is a very high proof amber-looking rum from the carribean. guaranteed headache for me. would never touch those again. must be even worse stuff, but i have never tasted it.

i bet some of those "vodka" polish and russian potato-based rotguts might be pretty bad.

i don't even consider mixed drinks. when i was young i did all that and learned. nevermore said the raven. later, i learned to chose a beer that was nearest the brewery. and as far as liquor, at least 8- to 12-year-old scotch was my choice - johnny walker black was my first choice, could go cheap and drink cutty on the rocks or neat. never had anymore headaches when i learned that.

cannot even do that anymore due to diabetes. drinking did not cause the big d, it was too much food. glutton, i admit it. treating it with much effort now.

mixed drinks like you mention are for kids.

Mad Dog 20/20
I puked so hard after drinking a full bottle of this I thought I saw my innards fly out! To this day some 30 years later I still can't even stand the smell of sweet wines let alone tasting any.

human beings are not that fussy, as long because it has some booze in and does not flavor undesirable they're going to drink it. merely shop it effortless, vodka is excellent because of the fact it is going with unquestionably something. you're able to get some cartons of cranberry juice or some mixed fruit juices and merely throw it at the same time. merely verify you maintain it no greater suitable than one area liqueur to 4 areas juice and don't use too many categories of liqueur. a favourite one with my friends is unquestionably undemanding. Get a lot of ice and then combination equivalent quantities of reef (or any orange alcopop) with blue WKD, it is going eco-friendly and takes in this candy fruity flavor.

Bagaso! It's an alcoholic drink I had in Portugal. It reminded me of lighter fluid. Double Yuck! But, we used it to remove grease from a good dress I was wearing. Apparently, it possessed magical abilities.
