McCanns: are the McFanns trying just a little too hard ?

Is it just me or does it seem that since ex-Met top copper Lord Stevens opened his unwelcome mouth, the McFanns are trying just a little bit too hard to try and persuade us of the McCanns innocence.

Stevens 'witch hunt' views does not change three key factors in what we do know (the facts) in the case of missing Madeleine McCann.

1) Kate, Gerry McCann and their 'Tapas 9' friends are all self confessed serial child neglectors. And Kate and Gerry had left Madeleine and the twins 'home alone' on the night of May 3rd.

2) There is absolutely no evidence that an abduction took place, except for Kate McCanns 'cuddle cat' and 'undisturbed bed cloths' stories, and 'Tapas 9' Jane Tanners 'egg head in a blanket story.

3) Kate and Gerry McCanns were made MAIN SUSPECT in the case by the Potuguese Police.

Nothing that Lord Stevens or the McFanns are saying changes that.

So are the McFanns trying just a little too hard to rewrite history and change the main facts of the case ?

I just don't know what they are doing. They seem to think its PROOF now Lord Stevens is involved.
They seem to think this cop in the NOTW who only has a snippet of evidence is right, because he said they didn't do it. (in his opinion)
If this cop had said he thought they DID do it, would the pro McCanns be claiming he was right? No they would be saying he didnt have all the facts. Well he hasn't all the facts now.

I on the different hand salute you. For declaring the bigger image. For informing the Mc FANNS accessible that all of us have an opinion and a thirst for the bigger image. Im as surprised as you at this relaxing fare merry bypass around. those Mc Fanns as you place it strike a twine in me of yet another team of persons. Christians.Or to allure to a line Church goers, no longer actual christians as they're as a rule older white those that are all racist bypass to church ,Pillar of society varieties. the main threatening human beings interior the international. To Charley, concerning the supposed sighting of a so called abductor by Jane Tanner, i thought that a couple of months later an aquatance of gerry mccann's said that he was talking to him on the same footpath and as the footpath was narrow, he never noticed anybody else, and in fact said the path was so narrow that he couldn't have failed to notice that person if they had really been there.

Another Mccann lie me thinks,.

1) The McCanns have never confessed to being 'serial child neglectors'. Your lying.
2) There is absolutely no evidence that Kate and Gerry killed Madeleine, only media speculation, your lying.
3) The McCanns were made suspects just like Robert Murat was, this is standard procedure in the Portuguese justice system and does not mean the same thing as it does here.

You and all the other obsessive 'antis' know their innocent deep down, you just cannot admit it now, I think its become a bit of a game to you all!

The fact that the bed clothes were undisturbed........Bit strange that Jane Tanners "egg abductor" must have bought his own blanket to wrap Maddy up in. But he managed to put cuddle cat on a high shelf, and slide Maddy out of bed (after he drugged her so she wouldn't scream) and not once did he put the blanket down. If he had there would be some forensic eveidence of this? This egg guy has never been found and Tanner was the only person to see him, and even then if you remember she had only just realised the significance of this 3 days after Maddy was missing. Although Maddy was NEVER without her cuddle cat it went to work with Kate so smelt of corpses but Kate washed it straight after Maddy went missing but not after it had been near a dead body. It can't be right for any parent to allow their child to sleep with a toy that has been near a corpse let alone a doctor to do it! It's the little things like this that people seem to forget.

they probably are

they say there is no proof against the mccanns hurting their daughter but by the same token they seem to be unable to prove their innocence

i know it is innocent until proven guilty but if they are so clearly innocent as their staunch supporters would say - why are they still suspects?

why are so many people on this forum so vicious in their defence - well overtop support for people they don't know from adam (ant)

why not have an open mind and not be so vocal when you just don't know?

it is natural to question if things don't feel right but quite bizarre to have such faith in total strangers - i hope they are right but I DON'T KNOW BUT NEITHER DO THEY.....

Just out of interest, even though this has nothing to do with the question, but why do you keep calling them the 'Mc Fanns' is it just a typing error or what?

the pro mc canns should try herding cats , it would be easier than trying to convince people that these awful people had nothing to do with their daughters disappearance

they obviously care a lot more about kate and gerry than they do for an innocent child

There is no evidence that the McCanns killed and disposed of Madeleine. They are still here, and even talking about going back to work - they're not in Portugal or in custody are they?

There are all sort of wild allegations and lurid stories flying about, but as soon as " evidence" turns out not to be real, or experts say they believe she was abducted, you get very angry - you're all dying for your pound of flesh - wailing about finding "justice for Madeleine" - but you KNOW nothing - only what's in the press, same as me.

By the way - you may consider that I'm a McFann - but actually I don't particularly like them. As a human being and a mother, however, my heart bleeds for them.
