in my opinion, everyone should be educated/ entitled to education (in the UK where i live, every child is entitled to it) its bad enough a lot of people are poor so if education was not free, how would they be able to afford it.. answer is they would not be able to. this way, with free education existing, most people, poor, rich or whatever arent being discriminated and are all getting their right to education. so i think it is very crucial.

Education is free so that parents won't feel like they are wasting their money when their children come onto Yahoo Answers asking other people to do their homework!
