Personally, I wouldn't mind giving this a whirl. I think skirts are cool and can be fun to wear (I'm wearing one for Halloween :-) ).
Actually, I really like Kate's answer ... Skirts for everyone! (underwear optional - hehe).

Yes! That's what I was thinking too but in ancient Greece everyone was wearing skirts. Now some national costumes still have skirts for men. Check this out!

I personally believe that skirts are an insult for women. Is as if men are saying "if you wear a skirt, I can "access" you better"

In Ireland and Scotland they wear kilts, so technically they are skirts. And traditionally, they wear nothing underneath. I should know... my family is Irish! You should see my Dad, brothers, Uncles and cousins in full clan dress kilts! woo hoo! They've got to watch out for breezy days!

That's exactly why we shouldn't have to wear skirts. God forbid we get aroused in public, or just have one due to tiredness. Actually... sure, that would be pretty funny. People will just need to let go of their hangups.
