Although I disagree with the war, and think we shouldn't have gone there in the first place (which was just complete BS), I'm probably in the minority in saying I disagree. Pulling out of Iraq now actually WOULD be a disaster. It would almost create a political vacuum, and there's no telling who could end up controlling all of the countries assets. It could end up being Iran or Al Qaeda, in which case we'd have to go back there again and fight a new, stronger enemy with an abundance of natural resources at their disposal, and who might be capable of a more vigorous battle, or even possibly bringing the war to U.S. soil.

I would love to see all our soldiers home safe but that would be the wrong thing to do. They are needed over there and if we pull them out now then all of our soldiers that were injured or had died over there would have done it for nothing. What they need is our respect and support.

Sadly we have now made a big mess for that country and now we are even more hated worldwide. Instead of making our country safer we are more in danger today than we were before we entered this ill guided and stupid war.
Now we are stuck, thousands have died both our soldiers and innocent Iraq civilians.
George Bush and Cheney led us into a war for nothing.

I agree but I thought that the whole point of this war was to capture Osama Bin Laden. You know the guy who planned to destroy the twin towers, the pentagon, and the world trade center, and possibly the white house.

If we leave now then they are no better off.Their country is still in turmoil. We need to stay our course & see it through .
Why do you blame Bush?Our soilders sighned up of their own free will.
