I LOVE my neighborhood, an older section in Santa Monica, CA a few blocks from the beach, 1/2 mile away from the famous Santa Monica Pier. I can hear the sound of crashing waves as I go to sleep.
People walking their dogs say hello and you can pet their animals. It's still a lovely real neighborhood where you know at least some of your neighbors!

Yes. I moved here a few months ago from a big, big city. Now I live in what I call Small Town, USA. My Hubby calls it One Horse Town, USA. But, believe it or not we love it. Crime is almost non existient, people are friendly. It's a nice change of pace. I think this is my true place in the sun.

it's ok, I live in Camden, NJ. And it was voted most dangerous city in America. I stay inside when I'm home since it gets a little wild outside from time to time. I'm happy that it's not at a worse spot in Camden

I love where I live now. I'm waaay out in the country and my nearest neighbor is 1/4 mile away.

I LOVE my neighborhood !!
It's a small, quiet street with great neighbors (one of them is Oprah) and I'm about a block from the Pacific Ocean.

I do, I live in an older neighborhood with my two sons and I feel very safe and comfortable. We used to live in a big house in a really expensive neighborhood prior to my divorce but, believe it or not, I feel safer here. (Illinois)

Not so much. We have one of those weird neighbors who's always looking out her window whenever she hears a car door close, or anything like that; and she hates my whole family for no reason whatsoever. If you ask me, I think she needs a hobby. :D
