is there a circuit breaker the same as a Square D GFI?

No. A Square D GFCI is the only Square D GFCI made. There are other similar breakers but they are not Square D.

If you are asking if you can get another brand to replace the breaker then NO. You should always use the same breaker as the panel or device calls for. Some breakers will work but alot of times do not fit properly. This can and does result in burnt up equipment. If it is a QO you wont find anything like it anyways.

Not sure what you are asking. Square D breakers are not interchangable with any other manufacturers breakers.
