Everytime I try to download it, it only gets half way through the installation before it stops. When it does stop, I get this error box saying 'Access denied'. Do you know why? Because I can't seem to figure it out and it's really starting to frustrate me.

This often happens when you have an illegal copy of XP on your computer. If it's a legal registered copy then conact Microsoft for assistance. They will probably send you an SP2 upgrade disc for free. Hope this helps.

Download the network version of SP2, then restart in Safe-Mode and install from there.
