I'm not a Yankee fan either--your best bet would be Girardi,Guidry or Mattingly...If I were a fan,I would root for LaRussa to jump off the Card ship and lead you guys back to glory. You need a no nonsense baseball tough guy!

I think it should be Don Mattingly because the Yankees need to keep in the organization, and he is ready. Tony Pena is not right for the Yankees. Joe Girardi should be Mattingly's bench coach.

I'm not a Yankees fan, but I think that they made a stupid decision to get rid of Torre. He was a good manager.
