No difference than any other way of meeting someone. If it is a long distant relationship it will probably not work.
If ether if the two people lied excessively about who or what they are when first starting out then it is probably doomed.
BUT if both are honest and love is found... It will concur all barriers.
Good luck.

Strictly online - it could go on forever theoretically, because you don't have to tell one another the truth. Now, if you meet online first, then in person and carry on the relationship in person from then on, you have just as much of a chance as you would with any other relationship.

The chances of on line relationships working are higher the closer the couple is to each other... Unless the relationship is more like a pen pal!

Only 'online', pretty slim. Meeting online and then in person, it depends, if the chemistry online matches the chemistry when meeting, I'd say about the same as any other relationship. Why not?

I would say if it was me and you that it would be 50% on my half and 50% on your half so that would equal 100% on our chances.

My niece is in one. But personally, I think it's very likely not to prosper until both parties are willing to sacrifice everything to make it work.
