it i sbased on radio airplay that week, how theyr are doing oin the billboard top twenty. GAC picks their top 20 via fan voting

Yes, you need to go on to the CMT website or click this link:

Then pick one video. If a video you like is not on there you can request it. If there are enough requests for it, then it will be nominated. Vote for Taylor Swift! Haha. =D

It's based on how many times the songs are requested through the week prior to the show

I think its the top viewed music videos on there site, or maybe its chosen by Billboard
