Both. I have twin sisters, and they have some things in common (Both of them like to phone their friends more than seeing them personally) and some things that are different (the career they chose)

I think it is both nature and nurture. The Olsen twins, one has problems with anorexia one doesn't.

partly genetic and by breeding. one is different from another although they shared the same womb for 9months.
