Tell me if these symptoms would mean I am depressed:
-moping aroun
-no appetite (I havent eaten in like a day cus I haven't been hungry)
-pessimistic veiw on things
-a hollow feeling
-no real will to get up and do anything
-feels like I have too much on my plate (weight of the world on my shoulders, everything kind of seems like its pushing down on me)
-lonely (even though I have alot of friends)
-stopped caring about certain things (have a 'whatever' attitude)
-not excited about much

Recently i got in a childish stupid fight with a friend where i thought they were taking advantage of me and betraying our friendship and i am sure this must be contributing to these feelings. I cant stop thinking about this fight and how i want things to go back to how they were but thats easier said than done. Still, before this event I felt many of these feelings. Im usually a pretty upbeat person.

Am I suffereing from a form of depression?

Also what are some tips to help me up?

Depression is generally characterized by a pattern of these kinds of experiences. We all get the blues sometimes, and when you are going through difficult times these symptoms are consistent with normal behavior. When you are dealing with depression is when this continues to happen without provocation. If this is the case with you, then you may be dealing with depression. If so, there are a lot of things you can do to help level out.
Get some exercise - It releases endorphines that give you a euphoric feeling - aim for at least 20 minutes, and push yourself to do well. (ever hear of "runners high")
Drink at least 2.5 quarts of water daily - In clinical examinations, nearly all people who are diagnosed with depression are dehydrated. Your brain cannot produce and distribute the right materials if you don't give it the ingredients to work with, and if you cannot wash waste out of your system it will build up and complicate your mood.
Avoid Alchohol - Even though it might make you feel better in the short term, it stifles your abililty to balance your chemistry, it contributes to dehydration, and it will bring you WAY down in the long run.

Try these three things for a week or so, and you'll be surprised at how much better you will feel. The brain is all about chemistry, and if you can balance it you will feel better. Bad stuff is still going to happen, but you will be better equipped to deal with it.
Good Luck

you have the symptoms. talk to your friends and try to let them know how you feel. explaining yourself to them properly will make things better. you need to hear their side of the story and decide if they're sincere or not. there's no point on dwelling on childish issues as you call it and get yourself depress like this. it is better to talk things out. you could be wrong, they could be wrong. get up and make things better for you and your friends.

Yes you can have a depression. Get a therapy, and allow it to change your ideas. You will feel better being helped by a professional.

Yes.
Therapy, medication, hope, encouragement from others, more sleep.
