I have two computers behind one router. I can only determine the router's external IP address. But lets say I wanted one of you to ping only one of my computers. What IP address would I give you??

I don't think you can do this from outside the router because the outside world only sees the routers IP address. Obviously the internal computers are using private addresses like 192.168.1.101 or 10.0.0.102 for example. You can't ping to that address because it isn't unique on the web.

If your behind a router, using a standard setup, than you can't ping an individual computer. You could ping the router if the router allows response to pings but none of the pc's behind it.

If you are using NAT, you can't ping any internal machine from the outside.

None, as they are NAT, you can ping indivdual machines unless the ports are opened and mapped correctly.
