Middle name will probably be Dana after her deceased aunt. We'd call her Bryn for short. My other daughter's nickname is Bree.

You can suggest other spellings...I just would prefer the spelling to be girly so it's obvious, b/c this name is also a boy's name, esp. in England.

Last name has 3 syllables.

I LOVE the nickname Bryn! But don't you think it sounds too similar to Bree? What if Bryn, growing up, prefers Bree instead? That would be a massive sibling rivalry problem right there. And Brynlee doesn't really leave any other options for a nickname (except Lee, and Bree and Lee sounds even worse - or Bry and Bree... which is the absolute worst).

Also, Brynlee looks too... ech. Too... 'kre8ative'. In America, people would think she came from some white trash trailer park (no offense). It looks much better spelled without the double e and everything - Brinley? Brinnley? When she grows up, she's going to have a hell of a time trying to be taken seriously.

And since your other daughter's nickname is already Bree, is her real name Brianne or Brielle or something? It might be too much if both your daugthers' names are too similar. What about Sabrina, Sabine, or Sabrinna instead to get the nickname Brinn when she's younger (since I'll admit it is kind of cute calling your kids Bree and Brinn), but when she's older she can get her own identity separate from her sister's. Believe me, my name is practically identical to my siblings' (think George and Georgina or something), and I HATE it. Rarely can people separate us.

Since the middle name is Dana (which is beautiful, and it's nice there's a family connection), definitely use something that doesn't end in another -a to avoid sounding too rhyme-y. (You're on the right track with Brynlee.) Also, I would avoid using a name that end in an -a anyway if your other daughter's name also ends in -a - it sounds too match-y. Sabine Dana Henrickson (for example - a three syllable last name)? That's pretty obviously a girl to everyone.

Anyway, good luck with your kids! And congrats with the new baby!

The name Bryn is welsh which I think is very pretty! However I havent really heard of Brynlee, I would probably spell it as Brynley - I think it looks nicer and less 'made up', not to be offensive, I think its a very pretty name.

Brynlee and Bree? Bryn & Bree? Don't do that to them!
Brynlee? I wouldn't thank my parents for saddling me with that even if I were an only child.
