Yes ... it is a little early for Christmas lights.
Although, shops have everything to do with Christmas on their shelves now so... I guess your neighbours are getting their 'money's worth' out of their early buys.

Wayyy too early, it's not even November yet! But of course if it's your house and your christmas tree, it's up to you ;) maybe your neighbours just want to have a long christmas.

LOL wow, yes it is...we don't put anything up until after Thanksgiving, usually Dec.1st is when we do the tree...me, my mom and brother do the tree inside while my dad does the lights on the house outside. Then we all sit around and admire it all after dark...then go watch TV.

yup, it's too early.
Unless you think it's going to snow early this year, put them up, but DON'T PLUG THEM IN until December. Don't rush the holidays - it takes away the whole point if you make them the main focus of your life.

I think you should wait till after Thanksgiving.
But then again I remember going trick-or-treating one year and this family had their tree up and were singing Christmas carols so my cousin told them Merry Christmas.

yes, it's too early. I usually put mine on the house around Thanksgiving but I don't turn them on until Thanksgiving evening.
