All I can remember is that his daughter is hiding under the bed from some men and then they kidnap her.

This sounds more like Commando (during the first 30 minutes) but it didn't star Bruce Willis but starred Arnold Schwarzenegger..............
..........however could be Hostage - all very much the same - tough guy, daughter (the heart strings thing), violence, blood...fighting...more shootings.....the rescue.....hero.......and a happy ending. :o)

it might be "hostage" because he has a teenage daughter that gets kidnapped.
