When I had my broken leg, even a glass of water was a great blesing from God.
You miss the blessings when you get "spoiled" by too many of them!
We pitty poor starving people overseas, but they seem to have a peace that passes understanding.
During the cold war, we "free" Christians prayed that people behind the iron curtain would be free to worship like us.
Meanwhile they prayed that we would get some opposition, so we would not be spoiled into lazy complacency. Trials were a blessing in disguise, that me missed.
Now their churches are growig like wildfire, and our children are falling away from the faith.
Look for the blessings, and never curse God. The trials "make" us!
