Do you mean the foot guards, as in soldiers?
The Five Regiments of Foot Guards are
The Grenadier Guards
The Coldstream Guards
The Scots Guards
The Irish Guards
The Welsh Guards
As they are not in order alphabetically, perhaps they are in order of seniority, making the Grenadiers the senior regiment.

The Grenadier Guards is one of the oldest and most famous regiments in the British Army. Formed in 1656 as "The First Regiment of Foot Guards"
His Majesty’s Coldstream Regiment of Foot Guards is older but third in seniority after the restoration in 1660

The most Senior unit in the British Army is the Royal Engineers The first of foot is I belive a Scotish Infantry regiment,The Royal Scots . The foot Guards come quite late in the list
