As in 'a little bit of what you fancy does you good.' I think so it helps boost the endorphins in your brain which helps your immune systems - besides alcohol isn't entirely bad for you the French swear by a glass of red wine, most people who live over 100 put down to a shot of whiskey and/or chocolate which has vitamin E, and iron in.

Red wine can be good for you in moderate amounts....good for your ticker. Answered another question about alcohol being good for you before but cba to find it. So some things in excessive amounts that are bad for you could be good for you in small amounts....but still not that many things.

Yes, I think that is very true. However, it is keeping it within the parameters of the "little bit" that is the problem and does explain the explosion in obesity.

i believe so, even tho i dont know when to stop! wine is suppost to be good for your digestion system but only a glass of red with your dinner.

chocolates ok black/dark for helping you go to the loo.

Coffee for asthma sufferers.
