Dermot Oleary is doing a good job i love him. Ant & Dec would be the best XFactor hosts.

On a serious note, I think Sugar Ray's Mark McGrath would be a good game show host. He did OK with the Pussycat Dolls reality show, and he's easy on the eye, so I can see a TV career for him in the future. Maybe Jessica Simpson could host "Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader". The answer would be no.

No, although he did seem quite nervous at first, I think he'll do a better job than Kate Thornton. She was a bit wooden and Dermot is quite easy on the eye in my opinion lol !

Are you serious?? O'Leary is a consumate live television presenter - which is a tricky act to master because you have the producer/s constantly babbling in your ear warning you of time left. He stands head and shoulders above Kate Thornton who always looked like a rabbit caught in headlights and wouldnever dare question Cowell et al in the way that O'Leary does.

I don't think he was terrible, but I don't think it was him at his best, and it's a shame because I like Dermot, but it was his 1st show so maybe it was nerves, and I guess he was use to his comfort zone on Big Brother's Little Brother-I do like his presenting there.

I love Dermott, but yeah I have to agree, all I can think off is that the X Factor doesn't want any presenters personalities shining through!
