I went to NH to see leaves on 10/4, but I did not see the change of leaves very much. I really miss the sence I saw 10 years ago and it was really amazing, I am leaving Boston to my country next summer, so I am thinking that I should go to NH again. I hope you could give me some thoughts. Thank you.

Try a ride south along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The scenes are spectacular. I had spent several years in my childhood there and I still remember the breathtaking scenery. All along the Mountains. You will not be disappointed.

It's getting better, but the leafs just don't have the brilliance this year that they have had in the past. See article that appeared in the Portsmouth Herald today (link below).

I don't think you need to drive to NH, you could just drive out Rt2 from Boston and the color will be as good or bad as NH. There are some brilliant trees around where I live right now, but for the most part I would say this particular fall has been a bust.
