Tom Seleck or whatever his face is...cannot replace James Caan. No way ...ever. I believe the show sucks, the story lines are not as strong as when he was in the show.
Like the episode where his daughter is kidnapped, and him and Danny find her in a shack tied up. She says to her captors not to fear the police but what will be done with them "outside of the law" Vegas justice.
that episode did not show that the person that kidnapped her ended up buried in the desert in a casket, only with no oxygen. I don't think Seleck can compete like that...do you?
I will stop watching the series until Caan comes back. I have the two series on DVD and will watch those instead.
Is the show now a hit or a miss?

I dont like it anymore since james caan left and I really dont like it now and it is so different . good luck and happy watching .

Sorry but the show will be a hit. Tom is a GREAT Actor, he has charm, looks, and humor.
I like James Caan to, but I give all people a chance.
Your missing a lot of GOOD STUFF!

Here's a different take on it -- I just started watching it BECAUSE Tom Selleck was on it. I never cared much for James Caan, so I never bothered with it before.
I like it now, though.
different strokes for different folks, I guess.

I agree with sprintwa its a good show Tom Selleck is different kind of boss than James Cann was...I'm really liking Mike this season
