I am a firm believer that if YOU PROMISE to help someone or DO something .. then you NEED to follow through on that PROMISE for sure.

Do I believe everything or anything that others say in their "promises" anymore? I consider the 'source' (the person themselves) .. and knowing what I do about the person .. I either Believe them (and know that they will do what they say) or Disbelieve (because they NEVER will help out or do anything ... that is their personality).

Not too often.....But when the ones I trust make promises I believe in them.
