I think he helps restaurants. Have you seen Kitchen Nightmares? I think he not only helps restaurants but helps keep a lot of their clientele alive. Some of those restaurant's he's helped improve look as if they could seriously use soon inspections.

No, did not know that. I think he is okay, though not sure if he is hurtful or harmful to resturaunts.

He doesn't affect restaurants, just makes himself look inferior.
