If there's no more cable length adjustment behind the lever on the handlebars run the adjuster handlebars to the full loose position.
If you've got some small metric wrenches and a few metric allen wrenches you should be able to premantly pull the following adjustment off.
Put a C-clamp directly on the rear (side pull or center pull) caliper and squeeze the clamp till the rubber pucks drag on the wheel rim. Carefully re-position and tighten the steel brake cable on the lever brake caliper to effectively shorten the total pull length.
Now you can use the handle bar brake adjustment to fine tune the amount of free play in the lever.

depends on how much adjustment they need... just a little theres an adjuster screw at the front of the handbrake. if you need alot then youll have to loosen the rear brake and pull the brake cable through a bit, tighten it back up and you should be good.
