Only chicken that has been farmed from somewhere that you kmow.
I am fortunate to know some friends that raise their own chickens and are all naturally fed, no steroids, antibiotics or any other nasties.
That is the only chicken I will eat.
As far as red meat, I try and steer clear of it, but I do cook it for my family, and only from a local butcher.
Don't eat pork.

It's a tough choice between beef and lamb....I love both....but I think the beef might just be ahead....especially if the "trimmings" include Yorkshire Pud!
