I Have seen, heard, and felt things all my life. seen shadows a glowing green hand when i was really young, heard voices whispers, seen and heard family members go from room to room or call to me when the werent there. there are times every single day where I feel like im being watched or that theres someone near me or felt taps on my arm and such.
I wake up in the middle of the night all the time... I dream all the time. I get scared when im alone because things happen most then such as a VCR rewinding or playing or sterio or tv interfereance, curtains blowing, dancing red light when i was singing, I'm a singer and when I sing I always feel like someone is standing behind me or in a doorway,
I dont know what all this is or means but im sick of being afraid.
I dont know if its real... ive seen all this yet im still skeptic. I dont know what to think...am I crazy?

things like this happen so often lately that I so investigate myself I spend alot of time convincing myself that it was nothing. My mum believes in all the stuff shes seen things too but i dont always believe her. I guess im just trying so hard to make sence of it all. I pretend nothing happens and call or go out to where people are when it happens but they always hear it in my voice and see it on my face. I cant hide it, so i cant forget about it.

I used to dream that the lamps were all alive at night, and my bed would carry me where it wanted to. Usually a fall was involved and I would wake up at the moment I wouldn't enjoy the impact. I was 5. I'm still here. In fact, I've done a 20-year military career and am currently a security officer. Anything that was supposed to kill me should have done it by now.
I used to be scared of everything. My son and daughter are, too. I outgrew that and I'm teaching them how. Life is meant to take the bull by the horns, not run forever from the bull.
Dreams are nature's way of allowing you to get all the thoughts out of your head. Waking up suddenly from a dream is natural, too. Face your fears.
I am convinced it's all not real, and it's because you are such a creative soul like me. Try channeling that into your singing or other art form. I do. I am a karaoke singer, and former broacaster and host - did that on the side of my military and security work. I actually am Your Uncle Dodge here because that's my karaoke stage name!
Have fun with your life and don't worry about what makes those scary things so scary.

Yes and you know I have health issues too and now I am getting a darn sore throat in the middle of summer! I am wondering how could this be? Still the answer is YES my gosh girl I am sick of being sick I think I am going back to Utah to see the doctor about my iron, hopefully they will find out what the heck is wrong with me. I want to feel better it has been horrible for over a year. Yours has been longer but laughter does help us thank God we have that or we would be those ornery old sour meanies that lurk about

I dont think youre crazy... weird things sometimes happen to me too. However, maybe you could have your home investigated...ever seen Ghost Hunters? There's usually a group locally to just about anyone that could check your place out-- especially if you're so scared. Check out their webbie, maybe?
Some of the things you mentioned could be debunked... maybe even yourself.
Are there are a lot of electronic devices in the places you feel watched? Sometimes where there is a high electromagnetic frequency you can get that feeling.
As for your VCR, mine rewinds by itself when films are done.. . sometimes I don't remember leaving it on. So when its done doing that the movie will start playing again.
TV or Stereo interference can also be a result of other electronics being on... do you have cell phone? My and my husband's cells make my computer, tv and radios make a horrible flicker and buzzing sounds when they ring.
Curtains blowing can be caused obviously by any draft...could be very light, maybe a ceiling fan...when you're freaked out you may not notice where it's coming from.
I can't debug the voices and taps and such, although those could also be from freaking yourself out or your imagination...that would be where a good investigation would come in handy. I'm sure you could find a group to do it.
Good luck :)

Ask your mom if she did drugs when she was pregnant. Things like that can sometimes lead to a chemical imbalance in their kids. If its a chemical imbalance in the mind then theres probably a cure or a pill for it. If you want to take a non drug approach just tell yourself theres nothing there. Ghosts and spirits are not out to get you. Were not living in the Matrix. If you sense something behind you, dont look. If you feel something touch you jsut remember that there was a recent study about phantom vibrations due to cell phones. A cell phone user who uses the vibrate function may feel a vibration on their leg where their phone usually is but in fact its on the table. It was all psychological with the brain expecting it, which is why it sent out that sensation.

You are not crazy at all. You might hear, see, and feel things that might or might not be real. There’s only one way to find out. I want you to do something for me. I know what I’m going to say is and might be very difficult for you. But believe me it’s worth a try. First, I want you to stop singing. You might think I’m crazy but give me and yourself a chance. It may seem hard but it’s not. Please hear me out. Take a deep breathe, clear your mind, and stop singing. Remove everything from your house all the instruments, posters, figures, and records. Clean up everything you find from top to bottom. Take a complete bath. Second, start searching for your true self. Pray. Concentrate on your meditation. Ask God to help you out. Do extensive research to find God, because that’s how you’ll find your true self and the truth of what’s happening to you. You have to know the basics of real life and the things that God created. Remove your self entirely from the worldly interests and desires. Refrain from everything that you use to do. Keep looking, asking, and finding the answers to your question till you feel satisfied, comfortable, and safe from all harm. Before you do anything, always remember God. Before doing anything means everything. Before you get up in morning, eat, go out, return home, use the bathroom, and before sleeping. Pray for guidance, protection, strength, and peace. Yes, even when you hear whispers. Then I’m sure you’ll see and feel the difference. Not immediately of course, things take time. Keep in mind, there are no such things as ghosts, spirits, and wandering souls. Yes, there are devils. And it’s up to you to find out. Then everything will be normal much sooner than you think. But it will wholly depend on your dedication, determination of your trust to the one and only—God. Please don’t be scared. Be strong. Don’t be frightened of things God created.
