Try to think about the good things in your life, instead of the bad things. Reasonably good health? Financially secure? A roof over your head? Your family's health? A pet that loves you? Plenty of food to eat?
If we constantly focus on what's wrong, how could anyone be happy?

Mind-setting my friend. Have it set first in your mind that you wanted to be happy. Try to inject that into your consciousness that you can be happy. Repeat it many times as much as you gain confidence that you could do it. Happiness could only be achieved if you have the desire to attain it. It is just a few millimeter from your mind anyway. Try it and am sure you will be smiling at my answer. Then you will say " Third P is indeed correct.
Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

True Happiness happens whenever we are not judging anything.
Any time that you are not judging you are happy.
The moment that you start judging, you find something to be unhappy about.
It really is that simple.

Realize that "happy" cannot exist without "sad". "You" are the One in the middle!
