I`m sure you`re a better cook than I am, but how would you like crepes filled with cream cheese and strawberry jam?

french toast...
a couple eggs, (usually 1 egg will do 2 pieces of toast)
some milk,
1 capful of vanilla (optional)

1) whisk all ingredients together until well mixed.
2) Dip bread into mixture and place either on griddle or in frying pan.
3) Cook until medium brown on bottom, flip over.
4) When browned on both sides, remove from griddle or pan. 5) Repeat as necessary to use all batter.

Lots.......what kind of food do you like?
Personally my favourite is taking corn tortillas and tearing them apart and frying them in a little oil, mix eggs, onions and cheese together and pour over the tortillas when they are almost done and scramble them all together when the eggs are done top with cheese and salsa, let that melt and then serve with fresh onions on top...........
Or breakfast burritos are always good.

Well....I know my father is quite good at doing the bacon and eggs thing....I am not sure if that is what you had in mind or not....Granny used to do a very good cooked breakfast, too.

Edit: I like The Chair Wizard's suggestion, too.

My favorite breakfast is eggs slow cooked with lots of cheese. It has to be done right. You must stir the eggs continually with the cheese. If you stop stirring it will not come out right.

I think it depends on who or whom you are cooking for! Sorry about the dangling preposition but the audience isn't really that grammatically astute! Where are you, what's available that's fresh, do they like it fancy or hearty, how do they like their eggs....blah....blah....blah! Try crepes, you can but them if you can't make them, with fresh berries and a sprinkle of powered sugar or syrup........eggs Benedict (easy to make and the sauce isn't impossible to make either) and a cup of java! please make good coffee, otherwise you've wasted your time with the other ingredients!
