4 is correct since the hydrogen bound exists there is a great attraction between molecules and they remin near one another and itis difficult to boil since boiling means separating the molecules

Answer 1 is not true: It has 2.2 on the Pauling Scale.
Answer 2 is not ture: It covalently bonds and does not ionically bond.
Answer 3: So what?!
Answer 4 is the correct answer: Those molecules have inter-molecular forces (H-bonds) which are strong and need to be broken before boiling.
