Yeah it feels so good and refreshing! I hate shoes so I usually am always bare foot!

No. Apart from that it would seem like a pretty dangerous position to be in in case of a crash, I find it very uncomfortable as well. Maybe it is because I'm quite small & thus the window is a bit high for me, but after reading about people doing this I decided to try it just once... had to fold myself in two to reach. I like to put my feet under me, or up on the seat of a chair, but I don't enjoy propping them up much higher than that (some people prop their feet up on the *back* of a chair, too... another thing I've tried but found too high for comfort).

Not that I can recall. However, when I am driving the taxi at work, and I am just sitting there doing nothing, and the car is not moving, I do onve in a while prop my feet out.

For one thing, you can't wear your seat belt properly in such a stupid position. For another, you will look like a flying dork-stick when the car stops suddenly and you fly out the window feet first. I would put the video on YouTube.
