Was interesting seeing the answers people made for your question, if nobody can judge me then i cant judge nobody, which will make me a nihilist, there will be nothing, no rules, no society, nothing, i think if we make a society, if we chose to live in one, there has to be an instance to judge me, may be me, the morals of the society i decided to live in, the god i freely decide to be mine, or the laws i decide to obey.

This question necessitates the truth - and that is an all-encompassing view, one that incorporates all information (and I do mean all). From a utilitarian point of view, one is inclined to proclaim, "No one has a 'right,' per se!" True, a right needs an authoritative judge/dictum that precedes human existence. Humans existing with no such idea, it very well may be that the answer to your question is a negative.
However, in the context of life, a truthful view would acknowledge the social "responsibilities" that tie human beings down, thereby distorting the "truth" in answer to your question to one that resides within the volatile sphere of human relations. Therefore, no one exactly has a 'right,' but the question to ask is, "Who /does/ judge you?" Until humanity is further enlightened to the 'actualities' of life, it is a "necessary evil" to submit to the situation.

Everyone has the right to judge; that is the right to freedom of thought. But that judgment does not extend to punishment or incarceration, which involve the "initiation of force." Only the government may arrest and detain, and as a response to possible criminal actions, this is not "initiation of force," it is a response to the force used to commit the crime.
As a matter of judging your thoughts and actions which are not coercive, everyone has the right to the freedom of their own thoughts. It requires critical thinking, which is why people who do it professionally are called "critics."

If you are rude or unkind to someone, then that person and all witnesses can judge you as being rude or unkind. On the other hand, if you treat someone kindly and are polite, then that person and all witnesses can judge you as kind and polite.
p.s. Judge Judy is in charge of everybody's Karma. She can judge you because she sees right through you, and remember,
she eats some of her litigants for lunch.

None other than myself.
One may feel that we do allow those who are near and dear to us and are well meaning towards us....... but that just lets them off when they do judge us and it doesn't mean they have earned any 'right' to judge us..... just as we should not judge anyone else, so it is that no one has a right to judge us either.

Anyone but myself, as long as they take the time to get to know me well enough to judge me, and they do so in an intelligent and constructive manner.
Why not myself? Well, people tend not to judge themselves fairly. It's human nature.

I find my concience is my judge and it often helps me to put right the things I know go against my spirit. I find the judgement of others does make me stop and think but ultimately I find we can`t judge others as we haven`t walked in their shoes. Just as they haven`t in mine
