We are all one & Christ said that the what ever you do to the least of these, you do to me. Yes, we just can't seem to understand that if I hurt you, it is myself I hurt. If I give to you, it is myself I give to. thanks

Definitely yes. Say for example you entered into a contract, once you have affixed your signature including the parties thereto to the said contract binds the two parties especially when this document had been subscribed by a lawyer. Having it subscribed under oath makes it binding to the whole world. The document per se is binding to the Res - e.i., to the whole world. This is already a perfected contract because of the consensual agreement made by both parties.
Assuming you failed your obligation, this will result to a breach of contract. Having commited it, then this will already constitute as a crime on the basis of failure on your part to comply with the obligation. That crime is not only commited to the parties, to the State but to the whole world as well.
Good question! Have a great day.

Hi
Michel Foucault thought that was one good reason to believe in the mythology of modern law, if modern law always attend to isonomy and to the well being of society, the answer will definitively be yes, always a crime against one person be a crime against the whole world, but considering that now a days law its considered by law philosophers just a discourse, we have to think that the answer to your question will be not necessarily

Committing a crime, no matter against who is always a crime to the whole world. The worst is that gradually we are getting used to living in a criminal environment and not noticing bad things that happen around us if they don't affect us personally.

A Crime against anyone, is a crime to the Whole World, a Crime is a Crime, and the perpetrators, should be Punished to the full extent of the Law. We should be glad we have a good justice system, in our country, because some crimes commited in other Countries, go unnoticed, and are never solved, some Countries do not value Life, and they kill anyone as if they were Animals. Laredo,Texas, is my Hometown, there have been a lot of Murders Commited in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Starting with My Grandson, who was unjustly accused in that State of something he did not commit, he wanted People all over the World to be aware what can happen in Mexico, so, he was going to come out in National television, to condone the action they took to involve him in a Bizarre murder Plot that the same justice system from nuevo Laredo, commited, but before he could do it, they silence him by killing him. From then on the violence has not stopped even though they have a new president, that country is run by the Drug cartels, who want full power, to continue their deadly killings. there have been more than a 100 people killed or disappeared from our Town, to this date they have not been able to know what had happened to them. At least we were able to bring our grandson, back to our Country, to bury, but, it took us at least two days so they could let his body go. Am a bitter, about this? You bet I am, and another thing I am not going to set foot in their Soil, neither is my family. we have always known that country is not to be trusted because the Justice system they have is all crooked, there is no one who can be trusted, but since my Grandson, had a Friend that Lived across the River, he went to pay him a visit, to his bad Luck, that is what happened to him. But I know that he is not suffering anymore, and he is better cared for where he is. Thanks for your Question, brought back Memories, that makes me want Justice as soon as possible, but God is the one who will do Justice for his death. I need a lot of Patience.

Crime is judged by society, therefore a crime against one person, would be considered a crime against society I.E. the world

A crime, such as stealing money, directed to one person can indeed be a crime to the whole world.
However, crimes to a person, such as betrayal usually won't go to affect the whole world, unless they're highly famous. But even then, it shouldn't matter, because if you're close enough to a person that you have the "ability," so to speak, to betray them, the betrayal is enough to shatter their world, and make reality cut off from anything but their broken heart

The "crime" against Jesus was the punishment for his teaching what was contrary. 2000 years later, every "Good Friday," we reflect on that. The "crimes" committed by King George against the colonists turned out to be the catalyst for our building a new nation.
Yes.

May I quote a poem that can better answer this question than I ever could? Exactly as written:
No man is an Iland, intire of it selfe; every man is a peece of the Continent, a part of the maine; if a clod bee washed away from the Sea, Europe is the lesse, as if a Promontorie were, as well as if a Mannor of thy friends or of thine owne were; any mans death diminishes me, because I am involved in Mankinde; And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; It tolls for thee." [John Donne]
In the most vast, infinite terrain of humanity, this expresses my feelings, concepts, & spirituality better than anything I've yet read, or heard spoken.
Blessed be, dear enki.

"we have to realize that life is a web, and each problem affects one of its strands... combined, they threaten to destroy the whole web" - a quote from a good friend of mine..
consider that a single crime, such as murder, does not only result in the loss of a life, but also in the loss of hope, joy, security, faith, confidence and sense of humanity in those that are still alive..
