Great news for you and your family- it would depend on how old the children are but for sure they always love Egypt they come alive by the amount of people and the interaction, noise and everything wonderful about Egypt.
How about paying for a private tour around the Giza zoo- it will cost you about LE100 (including private viewings for just your family of each animal) to get them in so that they can touch the elephants be close with the lions, these memories last forever but remember to take lots and lots of photos.- try of course not to go on the friday
for cheap tickets to Egypt- try www.travelocity.com or try and get some one to contact wonder travel in Tahir next to Mc Donald's/KFC - close to the AUC- i always find them very cheap and organised.
Ps. Try to fly Egypt Air because after staying this long outside there will be many gifts to take for family & Friends and many many things that you would like to bring back- such as food..the reason i say Egypt air is because they let each person have a 40 k allowance on the bags- double the normal- they dont advertise this but anyone will tell you that this is correct- thats 40 each including the children.
Have a good trip inshallah

Welcome home friend.
You'll recognize some changes in the street, so try to walk among the people. You'll feel you are back to Egypt very fast.
I recommend you take the kids to Khan El Khalily and sit on El Feshawy or other cafes there. Al Azhar park also is very interesting to go in the day time. Remember, it's important to be there before dark. There is a view overlooking part of Cairo and I'm sure the kids will love it.
It'll be very good if you can spend one day in Alexandria at that time in winter and eat sea food in one the famous restaurants, then take a walk on kornich.
If you can just visit these places at that time, pray for me.
Good Luck

Hey there Shalfat,
I am so happy for you and yr family, and i wish all of you the best vacation ever.
After visiting all the nice top historical places in Egypt, how about taking the kids out to the red sea fishing, coz around that time it might be a bit cold for swimming and they would really enjoy the view and the sea.
Also i love Alex in winter it is not so crowded but still holds it glamor so make sure to visit there. Have fun. ISA the best trip ever.

tigi bil salama in sha alah.
take your kids to Dream Park . there's a wonderful fair there.they can play and have a time to remember.it's in 6th October city.it closes about 7 pm.
of course they have to see the Pyramids and the Sphinx .on that day, take them to Mena House Oberoi.sit in the cafeteria upstairs and keep gazing at the pyramids before someone has a bright idea of moving them or hiring them.
take them to Sharm where they can swim and snorkle in winter . when you are there, see the Alf Leila Wi Leila . it is an evening sound and light show .
put together all the suggestions and pick and choose what appeals to you.
have a nice stay.

you like to seek for a horse with good comformation and robust ft. A horse with a mellow character is great too, yet whilst your searching for a barrel horse, they could be excited and all they desire to do is flow, yet even though, it relies upon on the horse. i could propose searching for a paint or 1 / 4 horse, perchance even a quarb. you like a horse who thinks, and is not any longer in "lala land." reckoning on your driving point, i could propose getting a 4-5 year previous who's extremely green broke, so which you will end them the form you like. purely my opinion. good success!

You can, and should in deed, spend as much time as possible with your kids, they are the most people in real need to you and the longer time you spend with them, the deeper your relation with them will go.
Welcome back and have a safe trip to your lovely country.
