Depends on who you consider to be a terrorist. Some consider RSS to be terrorist, and some of them do deserve rehabilitation because they are taught it's what's best for India, from a young age. But I don't feel so much the same about the likes of Lashkar-e-Toyba, engaging in indiscriminate murder or murder based on communalism or race or religion is insane. Targeting civilians is always insane, and should not be forgiven. The terrorists who destroyed the Babri Masjid, for instance, many of them can be rehabilitated, no doubt, but not LK Advani nor Murli Manohar Joshi can be rehabilitated any more than Osama Binladen can. They are the ringleaders of terror and rather than strengthen India, they weaken it.

It is said that "a terrorist is NOT born , but made by others' indifference or deprivation and marginalization".
So in the early stages psychologicl counselling and rehabilitation would make great impact on his mind and thinking.

I believe 90% of the problems in the world are black and white. Also every problem in the world can be fixed given that the right approch is used. Things have gone out of control because we have choosen to fix problem with a policeman approch and not as a parent approch. Given proper training, counselling and rehabilitation and top of it all given right opportunity (jobs) to live could fix this problem or at least make it better.

No. They're in a state where they have no problem killing millions of innocents, how can you reverse that mindset? Its like a soldier is trained to kill, no matter what he'll never fully settle in the civilian world. If only hypnosis worked..

u cant eliminate terrorism using any harmful weapon available in this world (provided u have to blast the earth!!)
- its not in a religion, cast, nation....
but in the hearts.....
so think about a solution to eliminate from there.....
