There is a crackpot theory known as the Expanding Earth Theory which does state that the Earth has expanded over geological time. However, the only evidence in support for this is much better explained by the mainstream theory of Plate Tectonics. (This states that the crust of the earth is composed of several separate plates which in some areas are moving apart and in other areas are pushing together.)

What's more, EET fails to give any idea of where the extra matter for the expansion could come from. In PT, it's clear that the overall mass isn't increasing: as plates move apart at one place, exposing mantle which becomes new crust, in other areas they are "subducting" (the leading edge of the plate is forced under the other plate) so that what was once crust becomes mantle again.

Since we know that matter can't just appear from nowhere, without explaining this problem EET fails.

The surface is moving around but it's not expanding. The tectonic plates move, but something will go down into the earth for all the lava that makes the surface expand, so altogether it's not changing

The surface of the Earth is moving but not expanding Square km/mile will stay the same underwater or above water.

I often think that too, because all the ancient sites are always under layers of ground, so earth has obviously accumulated layers of more earth, either from volcano activity or stuff from space,- but that I think would be small amounts. If the magma is growing under the Earth, or more likely leaving a huge void deep under the Earths crust, as more molten stuff is pushed up, forming more earth, and moving the plates. But as some land seems to grow, others parts may sink. Other then that, I dunno.

Yes the circumference of the earth is expanding with all the meteor showers we have everyday extra matter is being added all the time

Yes , it is expanding with universe, because the universe is expanding but attraction force and gravity between its matter make this expansion very small and may not be noticeable.

No, the amount of matter inside the earth is not increasing. Some of the plates are pushing against each other (see the Himalayas, which increase in height each year) and others are stretching apart (see the Mid-Atlantic Rift).

if you are talking about land mass, then no. Especially not with global warming. Each glacier above water level that melts is adding to the volume in the oceans which in turn, are slowly creeping onto land.
