Does the company Eyetekphoto exist ? (USA Based)?

Their website just shows underconstruction 2006 and if / when you try to register a product bought from them or a seller on ebay the registration form doesn't accept 2007 - hence my suspicions that the company was started and then abandoned.The Photographic Products, all made in China, are, I feel, very good

If it works, why bother ?

If it fails, the Manufacturer will refer you to the seller anyway .. and (at least in my experience) Registering simple leads to mountains of junk mail

NB. Most Manufacturers do not accept registrations of second hand goods anyway.
