Writing a paper for my class, I felt like I had a dream that what was happening happened before and got that errie deja vu like experience. Of course, feeling that you dreamed about something that is happening has another name doesn't it? Anyway, for me deja vu is directly related to anxiety. When I get anxious I get hyper aware of my surroundings and probably what happens is that my mind really notices similarities from past experiences that didn't really register and I get that deja vu feeling that sometimes sends me into a panic attack. I hate it!!

Ever since I totaled my car in July of 2003, I have deja vu like crazy. I'd say at least two times a week. It's insane. Sometimes makes me wonder if when we die, we just start over ... living this exact same life ... over and over and over. Only explanation I can come up with.
