umm yeah. so i've been trying to tweak my video card for better graphics and all that..

and i've already overclocked it via bios.

Generally, if the card is more powerful than processor, you need to overclock the processor. If card is not powerful enough, you overclock it. Extreme graphics card overclocking involves volt modding and require a heavy duty cooler. Here are samples of graphics card overclocking exercises:
